Horse Boarding

At Chesla Farms we have a down-home, family-oriented environment. We feed organically. We do not spray our fields that are used for grazing.  We provide all water to waterers from a natural well, not city water.

We work hard to ensure the safety and good health of your horse. All boarders have access to all of our facility, a heated barn, indoor 85 x 110 riding arena, outside riding arena 180 x 220,  several round pens, and storage area for your tack, if desired.

We have 120 acres for you to ride on.

Our current long-time boarders try to attend all local fundraisers and day-trips so you can always find something to do, or someone to ride with.

We care for all our boarded horses like they were our own.

Indoor Arena
Our indoor arena is 85 x 110, has excellent footing, and good light. We do not use any chemicals in our sand to keep it clean or damp, we clean continually. We water it daily in the summer to keep dust down.

The outdoor arena is located to the east of the indoor arena and is 220 x 180. Includes 2 bleachers for friends and family viewing

Tack storage, picnic tables and benches, small paddocks for temporary use. All can be found near the arenas.

From Sandra

Hi Deb and Walter,

i just wanted to let you guys know just how much we love boarding with you. it is such a great feeling to know we are boarding with wonderful people who treat and look after our horses so well. we cannot express enough the peace of mind we have (especially in this weather) knowing the horses are well fed and checked on daily. you both are wonderful people and are always there to help and answer questions. finding a facility like yours with the friendly, stress free atmosphere is almost impossible. if there were more genuine people out there like you the boarding industry would be a better place. thank you again for all that you do for us and our horses.

Chesla farms what a great place to just be. To enjoy your horse and surroundings with a non-competitive atmosphere a place to learn and to grow, without judgment. At Chesla's you are always welcome. No matter what breed your horse is, or how much training they have had, they are all beautiful. Doesn't matter if you ride in a western or English saddle everyone is appreciated doesn't matter how long you've been riding as long as you love to ride. Chesla Farms is the place where they take your opinion into consideration it's a place where there's always fun activities for what ever riding level you're at. A home away from home where the love and passion for horses brings everyone together, and the coffee is always on.
